We're in search of a seasoned Estate Agent to step into the role of Executive Sales Manager for our clients Sunbury Branch. Its a busy and productive branch and it needs a strong performance centric leader to take it to the next level. Are you that person?

As the Executive Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Establishing the largest active market share among local agents
  • Maximising revenue streams and expanding our property portfolio
  • Cultivating strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals
  • Driving branch profitability and meeting financial targets
  • Effectively managing employee performance through regular reviews and team meetings
  • Influencing positive outcomes through robust team management and strategic action plans
The ideal candidate should:
  • Hold prior experience in Estate Agency and customer service roles
  • Exhibit a tenacious and target-oriented approach with a proven track record of success
  • Possess effective team management skills
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm, motivation, and high standards of service
  • Showcase organisational proficiency and innovative ideas for market growth
  • Own a vehicle with a valid driving license and business insurance
  • Hold the legal right to work in the UK
