Senior Lettings Negotiator - Farnham - Package circa £30-35,000
Our client is a well established independent agency who are looking at expanding their business, and, as a direct result of this expansion are looking for a Manager of the Lettings and Property Management department.
They are looking for an experienced, ARLA qualified Lettings Professional to help and support them as they expand the business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both Lettings and Property Management and will have experience in business development.
The Key responsibilities of the role will be to:

The directors have will formulate a package to compensate accordingly but the package will be circa £35K P

- To conduct viewings and process offers
- Conduct the pre let checking process and create the let
- To manage the property in accordance with current legislation
