Joshua Rayner MIRP

Managing Director

Joshua started his career in estate agency gaining a valuable insight into the day to day workings of a branch. He then went on to set up two leading property Headhunting agencies and was involved in a number of innovative projects for the property industry.

Joshua has placed over 5,000 property professionals from Juniors/Graduates to CEOs. His ability to search and select exceptional talent has allowed him to become one of the best recruiters in the industry.

Rachael Gasson AATQB

Head of Finance

Rachael joined Rayner Personnel in 2017 as PA to the directors, she is a qualified AAT accountant and gained her financial experience working in an accounts department for an Insurance Brokers in Saffron Walden.
She enjoys her role here at Rayner Personnel and looks forward to bringing her accountancy knowledge to the business.

Liam Evans


Liam looks after our SW & West London territory having previously been a successful Branch Manager in London. He has an enviable track record of filling positions with his numerous clients and prides himself on going the extra mile for his candidates. His understanding and knowledge of the industry coupled with his honest and friendly demeanour ensure that both our clients and candidates expectations are invariably exceeded.

Steven Squibb

Senior Recruitment Consultant

Steven spent 18 years working in the property industry for both independent and corporate companies and has great knowledge of the industry. Starting his career in 1999 as a Junior Negotiator worked his way up to Branch Manager within 2 years and has been involved in the recruiting of numerous members of staff in that time.

Steven has a real passion for property and has shown a real enthusiasm for recruitment. Always works with a smile on his face which could be something to do with his sweet tooth!

Upon leaving school, Alessio found himself unexploited in education at the university of Leeds and made a bold decision to pursue a career in Sales and business. He is young, driven and entrepreneurial and has excelled in both curricular and extra-curricular activities throughout his education.

After leaving school Vicky entered into her first sales position where she found she had a passion for people and exceeding targets. Since joining Rayner Personnel in 2013 she has been instrumental in actively sourcing high calibre candidates and gaining knowledge of the property industry.

Guy Hodge FNAEA

Recruitment Director South

Guy’s extensive experience within Residential Estate Agency covers more than three decades and includes everything up to senior regional roles within the corporate agency sector. In 1991 Guy set up his own firm, Lords Estate Agents in Kingston upon Thames, which he eventually sold 23 years later.

His expertise in interviewing and selecting high calibre staff was a key to the success of the business and helped him develop an understanding of what is required by employers and personnel departments throughout the property industry.

Pascale Hodge MARLA

Recruitment Director South East

From careers in specialised recruitment and new home sales to working in the legal profession, Pascale’s job roles have been diverse and demanding. In 2008 Pascale joined Lords Estate Agents and as a director was accountable for all aspects of HR within the firm. She was specifically responsible for recruitment and brings this experience and expertise to the South East Rayner Personnel franchise.

Sarah started her career as a Resource Planner and Facilitator for the global Canon brand. She joined the Rayner Personnel South East team in 2016 as the branch Resourcer/Administrator following a role in Lettings and Office Administration at Countrywide Estate Agents.

Her position in the property industry has given her a great insight into the roles she now recruits for.

Ian Hoskins

Ian has twenty five years experience in sales and sales management across Estate Agency, Financial Services and Retail Telecommunications and held senior positions within large corporates and independent businesses. Over the years he has recruited, trained and supported top talent to realise their full potential and grow their careers. Craig Cassidy

Recruitment Director SE London

Craig started out as a professional jockey, he moved into estate agency in 1999 as a negotiator. Over the next 18 years he rose to become Senior Area Director responsible for 20 offices in Hertfordshire, Essex, Suffolk and Middlesex., Craig became hugely successful at troubleshooting a succession of underperforming areas, often taking them into the top 3 in the country. After several promotions, he was responsible for doubling the profits of several branches, making him the most profitable director in 2015.

Sophie Hodge

Sophie began her career in the property industry at the age of 17, working for Lords Estate Agents, the market leading independent agency based in Kingston upon Thames, and progressed from an administrative and training role to a senior sales role, and was one of the company’s top negotiators. In 2012, she took the opportunity to travel (on her own) and lived abroad for almost four years, visiting Asia, Australia, Europe, Africa and America before returning to work in the recruitment sector. She joins Rayner Personnel with a well-rounded experience in both the property industry and the recruitment, with a focus on good communication and superior customer service.

Emily Bradnick

Recruitment Consultant

After qualifying to work in the beauty industry, Emily decided to explore a more challenging vocation in Residential Estate Agency. Her 7-year career included an initial spell as a Branch Administrator before quickly moving into Prime Residential Lettings in West London with Faron Sutaria. She then moved on to a more senior Lettings role at the “family firm”, Lords Lettings & Property Management. Emily’s industry knowledge and passion for sales will enable her to provide an exceptional service for both clients and candidates.

Ian Roberts

North West London Recruitment Director

Ian assists our clients in North West London. He has over 30 years experience in London estate agency initially with small independents and subsequently every level up to Director with a well known national brand. He has CeMap and has recruited and trained 100s of staff for residential sales, lettings, financial services and new homes. Many of his recruits currently hold senior positions in the industry. Where a gap or room to expand a business exists it Is essential that the right person is placed in the right job. Ian understands how to build teams and the increased productivity unleashed when it all falls into place.

Kathryn started her career as a Legal Secretary and has worked for some of the top law firms in London. She then moved into Residential Sales and has worked for both High Street and online agencies. She prides herself on her ability to engage with people from all walks of life, and feels that understanding both clients and candidates’ requirements together with excellent customer service skills are paramount to good working relationships.

Kathryn has now joined Rayner Personnel East, as she felt the time was right to work for herself and is already an asset to the team.

With a career in the property sector which goes back over 30 years Chris has extensive experience across the industry. He run his own successful multi office agency before selling it to a major corporate. He subsequently held a number of high profile roles and has been a main board director of the UKs largest letting agent. Having run national managing agents, he has been responsible for business from Glasgow to Exeter. In addition to a good understanding of what makes for success in Estate Agency Chris has an in-depth understanding of the leasehold and PRS markets together with institutional property investment.

Chris has recruited 100s of people over the years and helped many of them developed their careers. He is always happy used his experience to help individuals make the right decision about their next career move.
