My client is looking for an experienced Negotiator, Valuer or Branch Manager, who can head up and run this branch. We are looking for a high performing individual who can really grow the brand in the local area and help this business become the go to agent in this location.

This opportunity comes with a great deal of autonomy where you can really take the reigns, grow the business and build your team around you.

On offer is a very compelling package that also comes with a car allowance and an incredible guaranteed commission package for several months, whilst you work hard to get momentum.

If you want to be earning £65,000 - £80,000 per year in 2 to 3 years, with the opportunity to also potentially buy in to the business within time, then this may just be the role for you.
