We’re now more than a decade old and time certainly flies when you love what you do as much as we do.
When Joshua Rayner created Rayner Personnel back in 2012, it was because he knew having the right people and the best talent was the difference between a good business and a great one.
He hasn’t deviated from that belief and our values remain the same today as they were back then.
But that doesn’t mean we’ve stood still.
We’ve built our own talented team, packed with more than 70 years of recruitment know-how and a huge 400 years’ experience in the property sector.
And we’ve evolved in line with the businesses and people we serve, offering a huge range of services from workforce planning, branding, assessment and selection to onboarding, employee engagement and talent acquisition at all levels.
