£40K + Bonus
 
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Customer Care Manager to join their team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in customer service strategies, a keen understanding of customer relations, a demonstrated ability to handle issues effectively, and the skill to build rapport with customers.
 
The Ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills:
  • Confident and articulate communicator with a skill for building quick rapport with clients.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • High-energy and adept at navigating fast-paced environments.
  • Dedicated and professional, consistently going above and beyond.
  • Positive, resilient under pressure
  • Experience in property preferred
