Walderslade
£60K OTE

Are you an ambitious and driven Estate Agency Branch Manager? If so, this could be the opportunity you have been looking for!
This well established agency has a strong network across Kent, and is looking for a Branch Manager for their busy Walderslade Office. Our client will match your ambition and help you to grow with them. They invest heavily in developing their own people and will give you the opportunity to maximise this opportunity.

The responsibilities for this role will include;

Ensuring the customers receive the highest levels of service at all times
Managing your own business
Motivating and developing your team
Being aware of all market developments, and be the ‘go to’ expert in your area
Expand the list of marketed properties

The successful candidate will have excellent relationship skills, along with enthusiasm and drive. You will want to work hard, but know that you will be well rewarded for this. Your ethics and values will need to display honesty, courtesy, trust and respect. You will also need a full driving licence.

Your rewards

Basic salary of £29,000 pa
OTE of up to £60,000 in year one
Working pattern will be 5 days per week, including 2 in 3 Saturdays
