Responsibilities for the Lettings Manager role:
 
As a Lettings Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful operation of the lettings department in Clacton. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee all aspects of the lettings process, from property marketing and tenant acquisition to lease management and rent collection. You will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and industry professionals while ensuring that our company delivers exceptional customer service.
 
Skills & Experience for this Lettings Manager role: 

• 5 years proven experience in property management or lettings.
• Strong understanding of the lettings market in Clacton.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to negotiate and problem-solve.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in property management software.
• Valid UK driving license.
