Job description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Lettings professional to join this successful and growing independent estate agent, with a number of branches in the Norwich area.

As a Lettings Partner, you will be responsible for the whole lettings operation, driving the lettings business, growing the portfolio and leading the lettings team.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lettings business
  • Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Ensure all properties are marketed effectively and efficiently
  • Conduct valuations, generate new business, negotiate tenancy terms and agree rents
  • Ensure all lettings compliance is adhered to, including tenancy agreements and deposit protection schemes
  • Manage and resolve any landlord or tenant queries and issues
  • Keep up-to-date with current lettings legislation and industry developments
Requirements:
  • Experience as an Assistant Lettings Manager or Lettings Manager
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets
  • Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Benefits:
  • Circa £30,000 Basic Salary
  • OTE uncapped and earning potential upwards of £55,000
