Job description

The Package
  • Basic Salary: £23,000 (plus guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months)
  • On Target Earnings: £30,000 - £40,000
  • Car Allowance: £2,500 OR Company Car
  • Work Pattern: 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)

The Role
  • Customer Experience: Be the starting point of our customers' journey, providing expert advice to ensure clients achieve the best price and experience.
  • Property Listings: Successfully list a targeted number of properties, guiding vendors with the best possible service and support.
  • Market Expertise: Stay informed on current market conditions and develop a reputation as a trusted expert in your area.
  • Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities to drive performance and growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team, presenting new listings and developing strategies to connect properties with potential buyers.
  • Branch Support: Assist the Branch Manager in daily operations, maximising income and profitability across products and services.
  • Leadership: Help motivate and inspire the team, taking charge of morning meetings when the Branch Manager is unavailable.
