Are you a mortgage & protection advisor with at least 1-2 years experience looking for a rewarding role in Medway? A thriving estate agency is seeking a talented Mortgage Advisor to join their dynamic team.

* Competitive basic salary of £28,000 with OTE £70,000
* Uncapped commission 
* Leads generated from estate agency
 
 
**Key Responsibilities:**

* Recommend suitable mortgage products from across the market
* Meet and exceed performance targets
* Nurture client relationships and generate repeat business
* Ensure FCA compliance and maintain accurate documentation
 
**Requirements:**

*Hold CeMap or industry equivalent qualification.
*1-2 years of mortgage & protection advisory experience
* Driven, motivated by success and results
* Ambitious and self-motivated
*Resilient, detail oriented and determined
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
