Property Manager - Cheam - Salary range £25,000 - £30,000 - depending on experience.
Full time role. Monday - Friday
We are looking for a Property Manager who will deliver exceptional property management and maintenance service. With a salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, this role offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about exceeding expectations. Renumeration will de dependent on the candidates experience.
As a Property Manager, you will manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard while providing outstanding customer service to both clients and colleagues. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle pressure effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding service to clients and tenants, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
- Manage property-related tasks including renewals, repairs, and lettings accounts.
- Stay informed about changing laws and ensure compliance with property legislation.
- Liaise with suppliers to arrange necessary works and handle key releases.
- Maintain up-to-date management and tenancy agreements.
- Prioritise workload effectively and remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle complaints effectively.
- Possession of a clean driving license and own vehicle.
- ARLA qualification or equivalent is preferred at the higher end of the salary guide.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
