We are working with a hugely successful and established independent estate agency business in Wymondham, Norfolk who is looking for an experienced Lettings professional to join their team and help drive their Lettings operation even further.
  
Responsibilities for this Senior Lettings Negotiator will include:

• Negotiate Offers
• Conduct viewings
• Conducting residential valuations to high standards
• Deliver high levels of customer service
• Drive business and arrange residential valuations
• Stay aware of the market conditions to remain effective in the local market 
• Ensuring close client contact and offering professional advice at all times
