SENIOR VALUER/BRANCH MANAGER
My client in Watford is a multi branch independent agency in need of a SENIOR VALUER/BRANCH MANAGER. Offering tremendous career prospects along with a fantastic package.
The ideal candidate will be either a very experienced Senior sales Negotiator looking for a step up in their career, or an experienced sales Manager, with the keen ambition to run their own branch. This potential branch manager will have the vision and understanding that a successful modern independent estate agency is only achieved with a hands-on approach.
Personal Profile:
• Well-presented, Reliable, Trustworthy, Confident, and motivated by a genuine passion for the property industry.
• A strong work ethic and knowledge of how to find new vendors and properties to sell,
• Possess strong communication skills,
• Be extremely driven to succeed,
• Have a minimum of 4-5 years' estate agency experience and be adept at bringing properties onto the market,
• Have a full UK driving licence and your own car.
Your duties would include:
• Working side by side with a director to successfully gain market share,
• Booking & attending valuations, with a key understand on the core skills required to win new instructions,
• Ensuring an up-to-date knowledge of local market conditions and competitors,
• Proactively working as a team to grow market share,
• Encourage and lead by example to achieve branch targets and performance standards,
• Reporting to a company director.

Package:
- OTE Up to 60k+
- Basic salary £25k- £30k (DOE) + Commission + Quarterly branch reward scheme + Call Performance bonus
- Car allowance £2000pa (Plus petrol allowance paid for travel mileage at 45p per mile)
- 5 day working week (Saturday included with day off in the week) - 9am-6pm working days (Saturday hours 9am-5pm)
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays (1 Additional day added per year after 5 years’ service, up to 5 additional days)
- Optional pension scheme
- Support package to gain Propertymark NAEA/ARLA qualification.
