Responsibilities for this Trainee Mortgage Advisor role will include:
- Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to understand their goals
- Stay up to date with mortgage products, interest rates and industry trends
- Guide clients through the entire mortgage application process
- Provide exceptional client care, always delivering an award winning performance
- Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations, maintaining the highest ethical standards
- You must be CeMap 1 or equivalent qualified
- 12 months experience in a sales environment
- You will need to demonstrate you are an effective communicator
- Time management to ensure the ability to spin many plates
- Adaptable to the ever-evolving mortgage and property market
- Salary whilst training will be negotiable based on experience
- A guarantee will be put in place whilst training
- Increased salary and structured career path after training
