Trainee Sales Consultant - Ebbsfleet (Kent) 
Salary: Basic £16,000 OTE £22,000 - £25,00
 
About the Role: Our clients  are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Trainee Sales Consultant in their Ebbsfleet office. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in the dynamic field of estate agency.

While sales experience is preferred, it is not essential as full training will be provided.
 
You will need to own a car and be able to use this for business
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing client relationships and property sales processes
• Conduct property viewings and provide information to potential buyers
• Support senior sales consultants in negotiating offers and closing sales
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office targets and objectives
• Actively promote and market properties to attract potential buyers
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property transactions

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• A proactive and positive attitude towards learning and development
• Willingness to work weekends as part of the regular schedule
• A genuine interest in pursuing a career in estate agency

Salary Details 

• Basic Salary: £16,000.00 per annum
• On Target Earnings (OTE): £20,000.00 per annum
• Quarterly bonus of £500.00 if office targets are met
• Referral bonus of £100.00
• Additional bonuses for solicitor and financial services referrals
• 28 days of annual leave
• Company parties

 
Working Hours:

• Working 5 out of 7 days, including one weekend day
