You will be joining a fantastic team, scope to make the role your own and supported to progress your career within this well-established agency.

Responsibilities for this Senior Lettings Negotiator role will include:

• Booking and conducting viewings
• Negotiating offers
• Offering a high level of costumer service
• Diary management and a good understanding of excel/word
• Ability to establish quick rapport with applicants

Skills & Experience for this Lettings Negotiator role:

• 6 months (minimum) in Lettings or estate agency
• Driving license is essential
• Exceptional communication skills
• Smart, well-presented and professional in appearance and manner
