We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic and driven Lettings Negotiator to join a thriving and well-respected independent estate agency in the heart of South Kensington. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that values integrity, excellence, and local expertise.
�� Your Role:

• Manage enquiries and conduct viewings with prospective tenants
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Secure new instructions and negotiate tenancy agreements
• Liaise with clients, property managers, and referencing teams to ensure a smooth lettings process
• Stay informed about the local rental market and proactively seek new business opportunities

�� What You’ll Need:

• Minimum 6-12 months experience in a lettings or property-related role
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• High energy, a proactive mindset, and great attention to detail
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
• Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
