Role Title: Partner Relations Manager
Reports To: Commercial Director
Location: Head Office (full-time until passed probation, then 2 days remote)
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week
Role Purpose:
 
This is a blended role focused on:
  • Upselling compliance and lettings solutions to existing clients.
  • Account managing clients who order fewer than 40 compliance packs per month.
  • Acting as a bridge between the Business Development team and Compliance teams.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:Business Development:
  • Upsell compliance and lettings solutions to existing clients.
  • Identify opportunities for client referrals.
  • Request reviews and arrange video testimonials.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to generate new business through social media.
Account Management:
  • Conduct monthly check-in calls with clients ordering fewer than 40 compliance packs per month.
  • Ensure client satisfaction, provide additional training, and review MI reports.
  • Assist agents with website and contract wording.
  • Manage minor/medium escalations, develop processes, and implement solutions.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth escalation processes.
Collaboration with Partnership Managers:
  • Work closely with the Commercial Director and Partnership Managers to strengthen client relationships.
Building a Personal Brand:
  • Engage actively on social media, including creating videos and posts.
  • Support company social media presence by liking, commenting, and sharing content.
  • Use LinkedIn to build industry connections and relationships.
Targets:
  • Self-motivation to meet monthly targets set by the Commercial Director.
  • Targets include calls, reviews, testimonials, and upselling metrics.
Reporting:
  • Record all activity and results in the CRM.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate CRM data for reporting purposes.
Performance Reviews:
Regular 1:1 meetings will focus on growth, progression, and company culture.
Responsibilities:
  • Complete monthly review forms.
  • Participate in scheduled review meetings.
  • Set and work towards monthly goals (targets, personal growth, learning achievements).
Skills Required:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B sales, Account Management, or Estate Agency.
  • Experience in the property sector or supplier industry.
  • Confident in client communication (calls and written).
  • Strong admin skills and CRM management.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Passionate about teamwork and driving positive change in the industry.
