The Package:

Base Salary: £23,000 (with guaranteed earnings for the first 4 months plus a 6-month productivity bonus).
On Target Earnings: £35,000.
Car Options: £2,500 allowance or a company car.

Your Role:

Guide vendors through the sales process, helping them achieve the best possible results for their properties.
Establish yourself as a knowledgeable, trusted expert in your local market.
Proactively source new business opportunities and match buyers with suitable homes.
Support the Branch Manager in optimizing team performance and driving revenue.
Lead and inspire your team, stepping in to run meetings or provide coaching when required.
