The Package
- Basic Salary: £25,100
- Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (two days finishing at 5:00 pm). Includes the option to work one day per week from home once probation has been completed.

The Senior Property Administrator will play a key role in the property management process, ensuring high standards of service are consistently delivered. Responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional property maintenance advice and support to landlords and tenants.
- Handling property management tasks efficiently, ensuring compliance with operating procedures.
- Maintaining the key register and managing a contractor database.
- Building strong relationships with the network of lettings offices and coordinating pre-tenancy and end-of-tenancy work.
- Promptly resolving or escalating issues and mentoring other team members.
- Providing excellent administrative support, contributing to the smooth running of operations.
- Relationship Builder: Skilled at developing trust and rapport with both landlords and tenants.
- Organised Communicator: Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
