A highly regarded estate agency in Horsham looking for an experienced Senior Property Administrator to join their lettings team.   • Basic Salary: £25,100
  • Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (two days finishing at 5:00 pm). Includes the option to work one day per week from home once probation has been completed.

�� The Role
The Senior Property Administrator will play a key role in the property management process, ensuring high standards of service are consistently delivered. Responsibilities include:
  • Delivering exceptional property maintenance advice and support to landlords and tenants.
  • Handling property management tasks efficiently, ensuring compliance with operating procedures.
  • Maintaining the key register and managing a contractor database.
  • Building strong relationships with the network of lettings offices and coordinating pre-tenancy and end-of-tenancy work.
  • Promptly resolving or escalating issues and mentoring other team members.
  • Providing excellent administrative support, contributing to the smooth running of operations.
