Role Overview
As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients biggest customer, ensuring they get the best out of our solutions. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships, driving product adoption, and identifying opportunities for growth. This role requires a blend of customer service, sales, and technical understanding to support clients in achieving their business goals with our technology.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as their main point of contact.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, training sessions, and strategic reviews to ensure client satisfaction and product engagement.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product, and customer support, to address client needs and feedback.
  • Monitor client usage and proactively offer insights and recommendations to improve their experience.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and integration of our technology into their operations.
  • Handle and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and our platform’s latest features to provide expert guidance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in account management, customer success, or sales, preferably in the PropTech, SaaS, or real estate industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach with a focus on client success.
  • Commercial mindset with experience in upselling and identifying business opportunities.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Passion for technology and an understanding of property management challenges is a plus.
