Sales Advisor Opportunity – Loughton 
 
The Package:

• Basic Salary: £21,000 (Fixed for first 4 months, followed by performance-based agreement for up to 6 months)
• On Target Earnings: £25,000 - £30,000
• Work Pattern: 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (3 on, 1 off)

What Does the Role Involve?

• Starting your day with a morning team meeting and updates
• Engaging with customers over the phone to assist with their property needs
• Organizing and hosting viewings, offering friendly, expert advice
• Securing offers and seeing clients through to the exciting moment of getting the keys to their new home
