�� The Role:
As an Experienced Property Manager, you’ll be the backbone of the agency’s operations, ensuring seamless management of a diverse portfolio of high-value Surrey properties.
�� Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Property Management: Oversee the full management cycle, from tenancy setups to renewals and compliance.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain trusted relationships with property owners, ensuring exceptional service and personalised support.
Compliance Management: Stay on top of all legal obligations, ensuring properties meet current standards and regulations.
Repairs & Maintenance: Manage contractors, oversee works, and ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards.
Portfolio Oversight: Handle a mixed portfolio, focusing on Surrey Hills estates and properties with care and expertise.
Problem Solving: Proactively resolve issues, balancing client satisfaction with business priorities.
��What We’re Looking For:
This role is ideal for a confident, experienced Property Manager who thrives in a professional, high-value market.
You’ll need:
✅ Proven Property Management Experience – ideally 2 years plus.
✅ Deep Knowledge of property legislation and compliance.
✅ Exceptional Communication Skills – both written and verbal, with a talent for relationship-building.
✅ Proactive Problem-Solving Ability – you stay calm and solutions-focused under pressure.
✅ Driving Licence Required – you’ll be regularly visiting properties in the Surrey Hills.
✅ ARLA/Propertymark Qualification – preferred but not essential.
