- Client Satisfaction: Oversee property listings, valuations, and viewings, ensuring exceptional service.
- Market Awareness: Monitor trends and stay ahead of the competition.
- Staff Development: Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance performance.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
You’ll Have:
- Proven experience in estate agency sales with a strong record of hitting or exceeding targets.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- A results-oriented mindset with a strategic approach to growth.
- Knowledge of the local Hitchin property market (highly desirable).
- A full UK driving licence.
