About the Role:
 
As a Property Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring the smooth progression of property transactions. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Generating and conducting property viewings: Effectively showcase properties to potential buyers, highlighting their key features and benefits.
  • Negotiating sales and agreeing on offers: Skilfully negotiate between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships: Provide exceptional customer service, keeping clients informed and updated throughout the sales process.
  • Generating new business: Proactively identify and pursue new leads, expanding our client base and market share.
  • Providing market appraisals: Accurately assess property values and provide professional advice to potential sellers.
  • Progressing sales through to completion: Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and other parties to ensure a smooth and timely transaction.
  • Maintaining accurate records: Utilise our CRM system to manage client information and track sales progress.
  • Keeping up to date with the local property market: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and new developments.
About You the Sales Negotiator:
  • Proven track record in the property industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients 
  • Highly motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of the Beckenham property market is advantageous.
